Do you ship across Canada?

Yes! We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your region. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

Are all products truly Made in Canada?

Absolutely. Every product in our collection is guaranteed to be made in Canada or from a Canadian-owned brand. We carefully hand-select each artisan and maker to ensure you’re getting the very best of Canadian craftsmanship.

Are your beauty products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes. The majority of our beauty and wellness products — including those from Cocoon Apothecary, Pure Wash, and Maplelle — are certified cruelty-free and vegan. Full details are listed on each product page.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for unopened items in their original packaging. To start a return, send us a message using the form below with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. After that window, your order may already be in processing.

Can I add a personal message to my order?

Yes! At checkout you’ll find an “Order notes” field where you can add your personal message. We’ll include it carefully with your shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are fully secure.

Is your store available in French?

Absolutely! Our full store is available in French. Use the language selector at the top of any page to switch between English and French. Our team also responds to messages in French.
